All participants will be surgically trained to perform sinus lifts/bone grafting on actual patients to achieve “real life” training. Following the course, you will be ready Monday morning to start performing these procedures in your own office on your own patients. Over the 2 day period the attendee will perform lateral sinus augmentation procedures in 3 surgical sessions.

- PRF vs PRP for the sinus
- Utilizing Piezo Technology
- Treatment Planning Pneumatized Sinuses
Course objectives

Give participants the theoretical knowledge and practical skills to implement sinus augmentation as a daily procedure

Teach different approaches for the surgical procedure

Learn how to perform and complete lateral windows as well crestal approach sinus lift.

Present different grafting materials, autologous growth factors, bio-modifiers, and barriers

Introduce equipment to make the procedure as easy and safe as possible
Course applicant requirements
Applicants should be licensed, insured, and have a current full-privileged dental license from any US state. A Colorado-issued temporary license shall be obtained through Star Dental Implant Training and the Department of Regulated Agencies (DORA) Colorado. Star Dental Institute shall provide the patients, assistants to work with each doctor, physical plant, and consumables. Drs. Gary and Kevin Moore will follow all patients for post-operative issues.
